Why should we make our payments online?
For group leaders, collecting tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars for trips isn't part of the job description. We can accept checks on behalf of entire groups, or if participants from the planned trips are paying individually, we can set up payment plans tailored to each group's specific needs. Operating 24/7, each group receives a unique registration link to make payments towards their trip using either credit cards or paying directly from their bank accounts. Group leaders will have access to their trip where they can see the registrants, check on payments, and send emails to all enrolled participants. If you have fundraising money, company credits or any other amounts to be added to individual accounts, our staff at Guardian will help apply them for you free of any additional labor charge.

Our payment system does not store any financial or sensitive user data. Data such as credit card numbers and bank account numbers are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provide with bank-grade SSL encryption. We use Stripe as our U.S. payment provide which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. Our payment provider in Europe, Canada, Australia and South Africa is Mangopay, which is owned Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, one of the largest banks in Europe.
